This Privacy Policy applies to the ChocoChat Creator Android app
(package com.chocochat.creator), operated for creators who chat, call,
and go live with fans.
Data we collect
- Account details (name, email via Google Sign-In)
- Creator profile, KYC documents, live selfie, and mandatory intro video
- Session data for chat / call / live billing and safety
- Device notifications token for incoming call/chat alerts
How we use data
- To run creator onboarding, admin approval, and payouts
- To provide live sessions and protect the community
- To send service notifications (incoming sessions, payout updates)
Permissions
Camera and microphone are used for live selfie KYC, video calls, and live streaming — not in the background for unrelated tracking. Photos/media access is used for profile and verification uploads.
Sharing
Limited data is shared with infrastructure partners needed to run the app (hosting, Firebase Auth/FCM, LiveKit/WebRTC for real-time media).
