By using the ChocoChat platform you agree to these terms.
Service
ChocoChat is a legal content and creator consultation platform. Fans use it to book digital consultation sessions, attend creator-led workshops, and purchase digital access passes so they can connect with their favourite verified creators in a safe, account-based way. Access passes and session bookings are digital services delivered inside the platform. ChocoChat is not an illegal, adult, gambling, or prohibited service.
Accounts & payments
- You must create / log into an account before purchasing digital access or session bookings
- Payments are processed by Razorpay
- Successful payments activate the purchased Consultation Pass or Digital Access Tier after verification
- Failed or cancelled payments do not activate access
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt payment fraud, or harass other users or creators. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
