ChocoChat (“we”, “our”, “platform”) is a legitimate digital content and creator consultation service that helps fans book sessions and digital access with verified creators. This policy explains what data we collect and how payments are handled.

Information we collect

Account details such as name, email, and profile information you provide
Platform usage data needed to deliver sessions, digital access, and support
Payment-related references from our payment partner (Razorpay), not full card details

Payments

Purchases of Consultation Passes and Digital Access Tiers are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI, and banking details are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout. We do not store your full card number or UPI PIN on our servers. Users must be logged in before starting a payment.

How we use data

To operate the platform and activate digital access after successful payment
To prevent fraud and verify transactions
To provide customer support

Sharing

We share limited data with service providers required to run the platform (for example hosting, analytics if enabled, and Razorpay for payment processing), only as needed.
